The Chick-fil-A restaurant at 1482 Miamisburg-Centerville Road in Washington Twp. will be closed for renovations for a few weeks. The restaurant will be undergoing significant upgrades, including a remodel of the dining area, new equipment, and a revamped drive-thru system. LOCAL VETERANS COMPETE IN NATIONAL COMEDY COMPETITION

Rachel Gannon, of Ginger Voodoo Properties LLC purchased the building at 1501 E. 5th St. in St. Anne’s Hill in 2022 for $135,000. She will transform the ground level into The Local 937, a deli and carryout. Local resident and Miamisburg native, Erica Parker, has recently launched her own brunch food truck named “EP Eats”. The food truck offers an assortment of breakfast items and brunch staples including biscuits and gravy, avocado toast, and fluffy pancakes. The highlight of the menu is the “pancake pups” which are mini sausages baked in pancake batter. The food truck operates on weekends and is available for booking for private events as well.
