The lap of luxury. Dayton-based company Midmark Corp. is launching a new hotel in Versailles, Ohio this May. The hotel will be appropriately named Hotel Versailles and will feature luxury suites, guest rooms, and restaurants that combine French heritage with a local farmhouse aesthetic. DOROTHY LANE EMPLOYEE COMPETES IN NATIONAL GROCERY BAGGING COMPETITION

Major bag alert. Katie West, an employee at Oakwood’s Dorothy Lane Market, competed in the 2022 National Grocers Association’s Best Bagger National Championship in Las Vegas. West was one of only nine U.S. participants to qualify. Even though West did not win the championship, CEO of Dorothy Lane Market, Norman Mayne, said that “Katie has been a winner for Dorothy Lane Market since her first day.” Check out the full story here.
